WhatNext.Law and the NOVA Green Lab are delighted to invite you to the webinar entitled “EU Contract Case Law of the CJEU (May-July 2024): What is New?”, to take place on September 27th from 12:30pm to 02:00pm.
The webinar presents the most important judgments of the Court of Justice of the European Union on contracts (May-July 2024). The event is based articles in the European Review of Contract Law, presented by Fabrizio Esposito, Lucila de Almeida, and Antonia Grimolizzi.
Details: The event discusses the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union with a contractual dimension in the period 1 May – 30 June 2024. It is often underappreciated how many cases the Court decides that impact contracts directly. The presenters have reviewed all the CJEU decisions and selected the ones with most doctrinal and practical significance; the results of the analysis will be published on the European Review of Contract Law.
