WhatNext.Law Best Thesis Award 2025
WhatNext.Law has launched the Best Thesis Award 2025, an initiative designed to recognize the most outstanding master’s thesis in areas of innovative and forward-looking research. The goal is to reward critical and disruptive thinking, as well as to encourage academic contributions in topics that align with WhatNext.Law’s research focus.
Areas of research include (but are not limited to):
- Artificial Intelligence
- FutureHealth
- Emerging Technologies
- Smart Cities
- Space
- Sustainability
- Mobility
- Digital Economy
- Digital Administration
Eligible candidates are those who have successfully defended their master’s thesis between October 2, 2023, and October 2, 2025.
Application Requirements:
- Submission of the thesis in both Word and PDF formats;
- Cover letter (max 500 words) explaining how the research aligns with WhatNext.Law’s focus areas and why the applicant deserves the award;
- Master’s degree certificate.
Submission Deadline and Instructions:
Applications must be submitted by 11:59 PM on October 2, 2025 to Info.Whatnext.law@vda.pt .
The winner will receive a prize of 1500€ and will be published by WhatNext.Law.
