We are sharing the third edition of the insights compendium, which includes all the insights written throughout 2023. This release is the culmination of a year full of collaboration and dedication on the part of our Researchers and Legal Movers.
During this first three-year period 2021-2023, the topic chosen for research was “The Cities of the Future”. This vast and multifaceted topic was broken down into six distinct subtopics, which served as a reference for the centre’s insights. The subtopics in question are: Regulatory Policies on Climate, Energy and Environmental Sustainability; Public Administration; Smart Mobility; Automation and the City of the Future; Health and Wellbeing; and Platforms, E-Commerce and Digital Contracts.
It was a year of constant learning, idea-rich debates and research into what the future holds for cities around the world.
